Nancy Gioia presently serves as Executive Chairman of Blue Current, a privately held solid state battery materials company and is the Principal of Gioia Consulting Services, LLC.
With over 30 years of demonstrated success in profitable business growth, product strategy, new technology development, people development and global operations experience, she also serves on the boards of Brady Corporation(BRC), and Meggitt PLC(MGTT.L).
Past board service includes Exelon Corporation (EXC), Inforum (non-profit), the University of Michigan- Dearborn Engineering Dean’s Advisory Board, the State of Michigan, Governor’s Talent Investment Board, the Electric Drive Transportation Association (EDTA), Auto Alliance (Ford/Mazda JV) and Stanford University Alliance for Integrated Manufacturing.
Nancy Gioia retired from Ford Motor Company after more than 33 years of service including holding several key Executive positions. Gioia led Global Connectivity Strategy and Planning and was Director of Global Electrification, leading all aspects of Ford’s $4B+ electrified vehicle portfolio. During her career, Gioia has been a part of over 25 vehicle launches.
Nancy is the recipient of All Star Award from Automotive News and was named as one of the Automotive News “100 Leading Women in the Auto Industry”, .She was recipient of the Automotive News “Electrifying 100” awards and has been named as one of the Connected World Magazine “Women of M2M.”
Dr. Cathy Choi is the Executive Director the Power Systems Business Unit at Cummins Inc.
She is responsible for architecture, analysis, compliance, design functional excellence and longterm technology planning for Power Systems.
Cathy has 20 years experience in power systems and their integration into Mining, Marine, Locomotive, Stationary Power, Oil and Gas, Construction and On-highway applications. She also has 3 years experience in the oil/gas recovery industry that includes oil and gas exploration and well stimulation.
Cathy earned her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she specialized in combustion and emissions formation and alternative fuels research.
Ankur Ganguli currently leads the Global Battery Engineering Team, responsible for engineering design, integration, and release of battery packs across GM’s electrification portfolio.
Previously, Ankur served as Director of Software Engineering for Vehicle Motions Embedded Controls, leading the design, development, test and validation of propulsion systems software at GM.
Prior to joining GM, Ankur worked at Eaton where she took on various technical and leadership roles and relentlessly worked towards advancing Eaton’s capabilities in the domains of Controls and Software engineering, to help the company grow in the domain of smart and connected power management technologies.
Ankur has Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from India and Master’s and PhD, focused on Intelligent Vehicle Controls, from University of Minnesota. She has served on the Advisory Board for the mechanical engineering department at the University of Minnesota, providing strategic guidance to the department and supporting the student community. Ankur currently is a member of the Industry Advisory Board of IFAC (International Federation of Automatic Controls) with a mission to bridge the gap between industry needs and academic research in the area of Control System Technologies.
Gina holds the position of Vice President Terminal Tractors at Kalmar, part of Cargotec.
Cargotec is a Finnish multinational cargo-handling solutions provider with 12,000 employees and operations in more than 100 countries.
Since joining the company in 2007, she has held several different leadership positions in Program Management and Global Sourcing, specializing in “start-ups” and “turnarounds”. She has been in her current role since April 2018.
Prior to joining Kalmar, she worked in the industrial automation industry for another multi-national company, working in both sales and supply-chain.
Gina holds an M.B.A from Florida State University and a B.S. in International Business from Emporia State University.
Priyamvada Hardikar (Priya) is the Head of Corporate Finance and Governance at KPIT.
Priya completed graduation in Commerce from Pune University as rank holder and qualified as Cost Accountant with top rank at all India level.
She has been with KPIT in leadership position in Corporate Accounting and Finance (CF&G) for more than 12 years. A highly result oriented and energetic leader with proven capability, she has played an instrumental role in setting up the best practices in the CF&G function as well in compliances.
She was also awarded as the “The Best Woman in Finance” at the CFO Executive Leadership Summit 2018.
She has been a part of leadership excellence workshops and “Elevate” Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, USA.
