Premier support for XE & A7.3 was no longer available from Dec 2013 and extended support was also not available
PACCAR Australia was in Co-existence and they needed to migrate to a common platform
Product costing reports were taking considerable time in XE

Their current business data was not Unicode, hence there was a need to move to Unicode
