With multiple unidimensional applications working in silos in the area of purchasing, Atlantis required a standardized procurement application to replace the multiple applications currently in use, making it easier to use, while improving management visibility.

Implemented Oracle Fusion Applications modules on Release 12 to help reduce operational complexity in terms of dependency for users and approvers on the number of procurement process applications.
Implemented Supplier Qualification Management (SQM) for vendor registrations, qualifications and periodic assessments
Implemented Sourcing Cloud and Procurement Contracts Cloud for negotiations and contracting processes
Implemented BI Cloud Services (BICS) for reporting and dashboard requirements from different data sources including cloud and ERP applications
Built integrations between Oracle Fusion Applications and their current JD Edwards ERP, and leveraged seeded integration between procurement contracts cloud and DocuSign
Established fully integrated process from negotiations, award approvals till procurement contract creation
Built customized analysis reports in sourcing cloud to provide better visibility
