He co-founded KPIT in 1990. In 2018, the company decided to undergo a comprehensive merger-demerger scheme to create a mobility-focused company, KPIT Technologies Ltd. In the span of 4 years, the company has crossed a market capitalization of more than USD 2Bn through organic growth and global acquisitions.
Today, KPIT is a strategic partner of choice to 25+ leading automotive and mobility brands supporting and enabling their journey towards Software Defined vehicle (SDV). KPIT currently is working on top 6 (out of 8) Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) transformational programs globally. Under his leadership, KPIT has filed more than 50 patents, has developed over 100 IPs in cutting- edge technology in its focus areas, and has won several national and international awards including the Wall Street Journal Technology Innovation Award, and Knowledge@Wharton Technovation Award.
He has presented at various national & international forums including the World Economic Forum, on topics such as Entrepreneurship, Innovation, building high performance organizations, and business transformation.
