Business Challenges
The vast and global business expanse of our customer warrants an efficient supply chain model. With this goal, the customer has embarked on a major initiative to build an agile, flexible, responsive system to provide greater visibility into Global Trade Management/ Supply Chain Execution. The customer wants to integrate and streamline all the aspects of its supply chain to improve productivity and efficiency. To achieve this, they wanted a reliable partner with a global footprint who could help them standardize and automate their processes across the globe. Some of their key requirements were:
  • Rule based automation of product classifications
  • HS classification approval and denial authority based on global and local roles
  • Restricted Party and Sanctioned Territory screenings
