The client is a leading Automotive Tier 1, developing a wide variety of instrument clusters for automobiles, motorcycles, construction machines, agricultural machinery and boats.

Typically, any Tier 1's production line manufactures hundreds of Instrument Clusters simultaneously. Manual process for flashing the ECUs of these clusters takes significant amount of time & then going onto the quality testing phase.
KPIT had been partnering with the client for the development of solutions in instrument clusters. During this partnership, KPIT experts identified that client's production line productivity can be improved with automation of ECU flashing.
